I’m not going to sugarcoat it, I’m not a fan of Sam Dekker. His last two seasons at Wisconsin were virtually the same. His points may have went up by one a game, but he also played about two extra minutes. He shot about the same percentage from outside the arc and he remains about a 70 percent free throw shooter for his career.
Dekker is a player that either looks really good, or really bad. Look no further than the NCAA tournament where Dekker was scoring at will for most of the tournament before going ice cold in the final game.
