In what has been a fairly quiet period leading up to the NBA trade deadline, the Pistons have been the most active team.
Following Tuesday’s trade with the Orlando Magic, acquiring Tobias Harris for Brandon Jennings and Ersan Ilyasova, the Pistons have struck another deal today.
According to reports, the Pistons have acquired shooting guard Marcus Thornton and forward Donatas Motiejunas from the Houston Rockets for reserve center Joel Anthony and a first-round draft pick.
Citing unnamed sources, Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo Sports reported that the deal was done, though the Pistons have not confirmed it yet.
