Call it a Christmas miracle, call it whatever you want but the Detroit Pistons won a close game, had a big comeback win, and did it behind Reggie Jackson and hot 3-point shooting.
All of those elements seem like a 180-degree turn from the traditional Pistons script this season, but against the Minnesota Timberwolves everything was working in Detroit's favor in its 129-123 overtime win.
Early on, though it seemed like more of the same. The Pistons were falling into all of their same old bad habits and shortcomings.
The Pistons squandered a 12-0 lead, hit 2 of their first 11 3-pointers, were in foul trouble and couldn't stop penetration.
