Pistons unveil new Nike ‘Motor City’ uniform

The Pistons are adding to their wardrobe of jerseys.

The team unveiled a new “Motor City” uniform designed by Nike that will be worn during nine games this season.

The new edition is a darker navy blue with grey writing, including “Motor City” and the numerals in grey, with the new Flagstar sponsor patch in the upper left corner and the Nike emblem on the upper right.

The Pistons will debut the new jerseys on Jan. 30 against the Cleveland Cavaliers at Little Caesars Arena.

In addition to their traditional white jerseys generally worn at home games, and the blue worn typically on the road, they also have a greyish “chrome” uniform that was redesigned this year.
