The Detroit Pistons have decided to sign a local player to replace Dwight Buycks as a two-way player, as they bring on former Oakland University standout Kay Fedler.
Sources: The Detroit Pistons are signing guard Kay Felder to a two-way NBA contract. Felder, a Detroit native, was Cleveland’s second round pick in 2016 and in his second NBA season.

This signing comes a couple days before the deadline to sign two-way players, which is Jan. 15.
Felder was drafted in the second round of the 2016 draft by the Cleveland Cavaliers.
