Auburn Hills — In his first nine games back in the lineup, Reggie Jackson still is trying to find a groove.
As he’s getting back to 100 percent and trying to reach midseason form in recovering from a procedure to inject platelet-rich plasma in his left knee, the Pistons are 3-6 in those nine games and are coming off three double-digit losses that coach Stan Van Gundy calls three of their worst outings this season.
In Monday’s 31-point loss at Chicago, Jackson didn’t attempt a field goal in the first quarter and finished 2-of-5 from the field, tying his season low with seven points.
