AUBURN HILLS -- The Detroit Pistons were looking to turn the lights out with a bang, but Bradley Beal had other ideas.
Behind a 33-point night and fast start for the Washington Wizards, the Pistons lose their last game at the Palace of Auburn Hills on Monday, 105-101.
Beal went 13 for 20 from the floor, including 3 for 8 from the 3-point line, and scored 15 points as part of Washington's 34-point first quarter.
The Pistons, playing in front of a near-sellout crowd, trailed by 13 points after the first and worked all night to dig themselves out a double-digit hole.
