The Pistons had no answer for Anthony Davis this afternoon. Despite strong games from Reggie Jackson and Andre Drummond, the Pistons dropped their fifth straight and fell to 27-29. Typically when the Pistons have lost to inferior opponents this season, it has been due to a lack of effort. I don’t think that was the case today. They were just on the wrong end of a career night from a great player.
Here are the grades.
With several of his teammates struggling to make shots, Reggie began asserting himself on offense in the second quarter and played like the All Star caliber point guard we have seen many times this season.
