Detroit has a versatile forward in Morris, an intriguing prospect in Bullock and a decision to make in Granger.
The Detroit Pistons have officially announced the acquisition of Marcus Morris, Reggie Bullock and Danny Granger from the Phoenix Suns. The Pistons traded a 2020 second-round pick to acquire the trio in their effort to bolster their small forward position. Morris will be attempting to fend off rookie Stanley Johnson for the starting small forward role, though he can also slide over the power forward as well. Bullock is still on a cheap rookie deal and looking for his first legitimate NBA playing time while Granger is likely to be waived with the roster standing currently at 17 players.
