After news broke last week that the Pistons are opening a search for a general manager, their efforts to fill the front office are expanding.
Assistant general manager Malik Rose is leaving the Pistons, multiple league sources confirmed to The Detroit News. One source indicated that Rose will take a position in operations with the NBA league office. Stefan Bondy of the New York Daily News was first to report Rose's departure.
