Auburn Hills — The Pistons have shot poorly from 3-point range this season, ranking 29th in the league, at a paltry 31.4 percent.
They could be getting some help soon.
Luke Kennard, who has played in just three games this season, is recovering from a joint sprain in his right shoulder and is on the road to recovery. According to Pistons medical director Bernard Condevaux, Kennard is on track to return in a couple weeks.
“Our medical staff is pleased with how his shoulder has responded to the prescribed treatment regimen,” Condevaux said in a team statement.
