Khyri Thomas has work cut out for him on Pistons’ depth chart

Entering the 2018 NBA draft, the Detroit Pistons were armed with only a second-round pick, the 42nd overall selection. In a surprise trade with the Philadelphia 76ers, the Pistons were able to receive the 38th overall pick in Khyri Thomas.

Labeled as a first-round prospect, both the Pistons and sports analysts alike believe that he may have been a steal at 38. Many tabbed him as one of the best two-way players in the entire draft.

Although the Pistons are very deep at shooting guard, Thomas brings a lot to the table. and has the potential to be a great fit on Detroit’s roster.
