It's the Pistons Jr.: Grand Rapids Drive off to a strong start, too

GRAND RAPIDS - Dwight Buycks, who couldn't buy a basket in the first half, turned into the guy who couldn't miss in the clutch Tuesday for the Grand Rapids Drive.

Buycks scored 20 points in the fourth quarter on seven of nine shooting as the Drive erased an 11-point deficit to beat the Windy City Bulls, 103-96, at the DeltaPlex Arena.

The Drive, at 3-0 for the first time, are mimicking the parent Detroit Pistons with a nice start to the season.

After the Bulls closed to within one, Speedy Smith drained a 3-pointer with 23 seconds remaining to secure it.
