Former Detroit Pistons‘ star Grant Hill has recently voiced that he would like to have his number retired by the Pistons.
Hill was drafted 3rd overall in 1994 and played six seasons with the Pistons from 1994 to 2000. Furthermore, in 2000 Hill was involved in a sign-and-trade with the Orlando Magic in that brought Ben Wallace and Chucky Atkins to the Pistons.
Additionally, Hill posted tremendous numbers during his Pistons’ tenure as he averaged 21.6 points, 7.8 rebounds, and 6.3 assists per game.
Through his first six seasons, he compiled 9,393 points, 3,417 rebounds, and 2,720 assists.
