Like Ellis notes, when he was asked whether he’d play for his country at Eurobasket, Ilyasova wasn’t sure what he was going to do. It would obviously be nice to have him with the Pistons when the team gets back together for unofficial workouts prior to the regular season.
But on the other, it’s playing for his country.
