AUBURN HILLS - The Detroit Pistons have signed swingman Luis Montero to a two-way contract that will allow him to spent up to 45 days in the NBA while primarily providing depth for the NBA G League's Grand Rapids Drive.
The 6-foot-7, 190-pound Montero spent last season playing with the G League's Sioux Falls Skyforce and Reno Bighorns after appearing in 12 games for the Portland Trail Blazers in 2015-16.

The 6-foot-9 Willis played the last four years for John Calipari at Kentucky.
