Detroit Pistons rookies to host cooking competition

Pistons rookies Stanley Johnson and Darrun Hilliard to captain teams in a "Ready-Steady-Cook" style cooking competition.

Either Detroit Pistons' rookies Stanley Johnson and Darrun Hilliard have hidden culinary skills we haven't heard about or the students at The Culinary Institute of Michigan will have their work cut out for themselves showing these guys around the kitchen on Thursday.

WHO: Stanley Johnson; Darrun Hilliard; Palace Executive Chef Lamar Nolden; Thomas Recinella, CEC®, ACE, AAC®, HGT, Program Director and COURSES Restaurant Executive Chef at CIM Port Huron; and 15 students from Oakland Technical Center Northwest

WHAT: Detroit Pistons rookies Stanley Johnson and Darrun Hilliard will lead two teams of high school students in a cooking competition judged by Palace Executive Chef Lamar Nolden at The Culinary Institute of Michigan (CIM), a division of Baker College of Port Huron, as a part of Pistons FIT week presented by Henry Ford Health Systems.
