The Detroit Pistons made a few off-season moves, giving their bench and rotation a slightly different look.
But they didn't do anything significant to alter their projected starting lineup. Senior adviser Ed Stefanski was limited by salary cap space, not wanting to get into the luxury tax, and reluctant to go into a rebuild.
The Pistons are banking on a few factors getting them in the playoffs for first time since 2016 and just the second time in 10 years:
Better health. Their "Big Three" of Andre Drummond, Blake Griffin and Reggie Jackson were on the floor together for only four games due to injuries to Jackson and Griffin.
