I was pretty shocked when the NBA schedule came out. The Detroit Pistons didn’t have a nationally televised game.
I know the Pistons were bad last season–or more accurately, the last six seasons–but surely having Andre Drummond was reason enough to get ONE game on a national stage, right?
Wrong.
But thanks to Drummond’s play this season, along with the Pistons 21-16 start, TNT has changed their schedule giving the Pistons their first game in front of a national audience this season.
TNT will televise the Feb. 4 game when the New York Knicks play the Pistons at The Palace of Auburn Hills, the league and network announced today.
