The Detroit Pistons hold one one of the worst contracts in the NBA, according to one source.
After trading for Blake Griffin almost a year ago, they acquired one of the bigger contracts that the league has to offer. He’s currently on the books for five years, paying out at $171 million in total earnings.
That’s an average of $34 million a season. In his final season with the Pistons, Griffin is set to make almost $40 million.
