DJ Bakker, Player Development coach for the Detroit Pistons, came on to talk about, well, player development. I learned about lot about the ins and outs of the work the players and coaches do during the summer from this interview. The biggest thing I took away was how much communication and respect is necessary to facilitate guys improving in a tangible way on-court.
