Blake Griffin has been cleared for all basketbal related activities, the team announced today. Griffin is still day-to-day but is close to returning after missing the start of the season with hamstring and knee issues.
The team also said that Derrick Rose is still rehabbing his injured hamstring and Tim Frazier is still nursing a shoulder strain. Both players remain day to day, according to the team. Reggie Jackson, meanwhile, remains out with a stress reaction in his lower back.
This is the first bit of good news for the Pistons this season who are down all the point guards on their roster and their primary playmaker in Griffin.
