Andre Drummond named Player of the Week again

There was little doubt, but the NBA made it official today -- naming Andre Drummond Eastern Conference Player of the Week for the second week in a row.

Drummond averaged an otherworldly 22 points and 24.3 rebounds and helped the Pistons to a 2-1 record. The blossoming big man shot 68.9 percent during the week and had two 25-point, 25-rebound games. Drummond becomes the first player to win consecutive Player of the Week awards since LeBron James in 2011-12.

His two 25-25 games this week gives him three for his career, which makes him the league leader for active players.
