SEASON SUMMARY
The back injury that caused Meeks to miss nearly two months had lingering effects most of the season. Meeks found it difficult to regain peak game condition after that – he was basically immobilized for eight weeks while his vertebrae healed – and he wound up shooting .349 from the 3-point line, lowest since his rookie season. Meeks rebounded late in the season, averaging 14.8 points and making 10 of 21 from the 3-point line over the final five games. For the season he averaged 11.1 points in 24 minutes a game.
