Yup, Quandre Diggs will play despite fractured hand; Ameer Abdullah is in, too

DETROIT -- It's going to take more than a fractured hand to keep Quandre Diggs off the football field.

The Detroit Lions safety has been cleared to play Sunday against Green Bay, despite fracturing his hand last week in Dallas. He practiced with a cast all week, and is expected to wear the cast against the Packers.

That's great news for a Lions secondary that was beat up heading into their matchup with Aaron Rodgers, with Diggs, Tavon Wilson, Tracy Walker and Nevin Lawson all listed as questionable. In the end, only Wilson won't play. He's dealing with a back injury he suffered against the Cowboys.
