One of the most recognizable offseason acqusitions for the Detroit Lions may not even make the roster to open the season.
Wide receiver Jermaine Kearse, who won Super Bowl XLVIII with the Seattle Seahawks in February 2014, and had the team in position to win again the next season, signed a one-year deal with the Lions back in June. But he faces a challenge in making their roster: Sheer numbers.
