INDIANAPOLIS — The NFL draft always takes center stage at the combine, but much of what goes on behind closed doors is about free agency.
The Detroit Lions are always among the league’s most active teams when it comes to meeting with the agents of prospective targets, casting a wide net on potential additions.
Lions general manager Bob Quinn said this week that plans are somewhat in limbo pending the ratification of a new collective bargaining agreement.
