There’s no debate over whether Detroit Lions cornerback Teez Tabor has fallen short of expectations. A former second-round pick, he hasn’t lived up to the hype and has often been a liability when he’s on the field.
Going into his third season, however, it seems like Tabor may have turned a minor corner. Reports out of training camp aren’t painting him to be as much of a liability as he was last season, with the occasional good play sprinkled in there.
My answer: Yes.
I think there has been enough upside and improvement shown from Tabor to warrant another season here.
