The dominos have started to fall in the 2019 NFL head coaching carousel. The Green Bay Packers were the first to make their move, locking up former Titans offensive coordinator Matt LaFleur. They were closely followed by Arizona Cardinals, who snatched the highly-coveted college coach Kliff Kingsbury, who initially seemed off limits after taking the offensive coordinator job at USC. Just a couple hours later, it was revealed that Bruce Arians was returning to the NFL, this time to coach the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
There are five more vacancies available, but with the first wave of hires out of the way, it’s time to give our way-too-immediate takes on the moves.
