Former Detroit Lions safety Glover Quin announced his retirement from the National Football League on Tuesday morning.
Quin spent six seasons in Detroit after signing with the team in free agency in 2013. He spent the majority of that time playing at an all-pro caliber and contributing a lot to Detroit both on and off the field.
With his retirement has come the question of whether his tenure in Detroit was enough to warrant putting him among the best to don the Honolulu blue and silver.
My answer: Yes.
