The Detroit Lions' search for cornerback help could lead them to a familiar name in this month's NFL draft.
Virginia Tech cornerback Kendall Fuller, the youngest brother of Lions receiver Corey Fuller, is set to make a predraft visit to Allen Park this week.
Fuller played just three games at Virginia Tech last season before suffering a knee injury that required microfracture surgery. He was considered a potential first-round pick before the injury. If his medical reports check out, he still should go in the draft's first 50 picks.
Once drafted, Fuller will become the fourth Fuller brother to reach the NFL.
