ALLEN PARK – It's no secret tight ends have given the Detroit Lions' defense fits this season.
Opposing tight ends have caught 49 passes for 506 yards and eight touchdowns in eight games against the Lions.
That works out to an average of more than six catches, 63 yards and one TD per game. In two of Detroit's four losses, tight ends have combined for at least 90 yards receiving.
So it's no wonder Lions safety Glover Quin says the Lions have to keep a close eye on Minnesota tight end Kyle Rudolph Sunday when they visit the Vikings at U.
