Detroit Lions cornerback Amik Robertson had the biggest moment in his NFL career on Sunday night. Shadowing Justin Jefferson, the best receiver in the NFL, Robertson held the Vikings receiver to just three catches for 54 yards on nine targets—a huge reason why the Lions were able to hold Minnesota out of the end zone in a 31-9 victory. Robertson’s performance earned him NBC’s game ball, and one of the three game balls coach Dan Campbell handed out in the locker room after the game.
But what Robertson may remember the most is the response he got from his teammates the second he walked into the locker room after the game.
