VIDEO, highlights: Detroit Lions pull off brilliant ‘fake stumble’ TD pass

The Detroit Lions’ creativity on offense knows no bounds. Against the Chicago Bears, they pulled off a trick play that I have never seen before.

The Lions appeared to be executing either a running play or play action. However, on the backpedal, Lions quarterback Jared Goff stumbled—as did running back Jahmyr Gibbs.

Goff quickly collected himself, cocked back, and found tight end Sam LaPorta for a 21-yard touchdown pass, which put the Lions up 34-14 early in the second half.
