UPDATE: Cowboys pass over Lions’ Scottie Montgomery for OC job

The attrition on the Detroit Lions coaching staff may not be over. According to ESPN’s Dallas Cowboys reporter Todd Archer, Lions assistant head coach/running backs coach Scottie Montgomery recently interviewed for the Cowboys’ offensive coordinator position.

As of right now, there are three other known candidates for the job: former Browns OC Ken Dorsey, Falcons tight end coach Kevin Koger, and the current favorite to win the job, Cardinals offensive line coach Klayton Adams, who is getting an in-person interview on Friday.

The #Cowboys are interviewing #AZCardinals OL coach Klayton Adams for their offensive coordinator in person today at The Star, sources say.
