Tyrunn Walker inactive vs. Jaguars

Tyrunn Walker lost his starting job before the bye. Now the defensive tackle can't even get on the field.

The Detroit Lions made Walker a surprise inactive today against the Jacksonville Jaguars (1 p.m., CBS).

Walker returned from a 2015 broken leg to start the first eight games of this season but had just 18 tackles and recently lost playing time to backups A'Shawn Robinson and Stefan Charles.

Khyri Thornton replaced Walker in the starting lineup for a Week 9 win over the Minnesota Vikings, during which Walker blocked a field goal attempt.
