One of the first people to congratulate the Detroit Lions on their 18-16 victory in Green Bay Sunday was one of the men they fired a couple of weeks ago.
Tom Lewand, who was fired as team president Nov. 6 along with general manager Martin Mayhew, called it amazing win after Detroit won at Lambeau Field for the first time since 1991.
It was Lewand's first tweet in more than two years since he congratulated Michigan native Jeff Daniels for winning an Emmy on Sept. 22, 2013.
