TWENTYMAN: Lions trade Mohammed Seisay to Seattle

The Lions head into training camp deep at cornerback, so they decided to use some of that depth to bolster their 2016 Draft by agreeing to trade second-year cornerback Mohammed Seisay to the Seahawks, according to multiple reports out of Seattle.

The Lions don't officially announce or confirm trades until physicals have been taken and the transaction becomes official with the league.

Seisay, who was undrafted out of Nebraska last season, was signed to the practice squad out of training camp. He was elevated to the active roster in Week 3 and had two solo tackles, including one tackle for loss in that contest.
