The Detroit Lions have filled their final roster spot with the signing of cornerback Ethan Davis before practice today.
Davis was among three players who worked out for the team last week. R.J. Stanford and Javier Arenas were the other two. The Lions signed Stanford following that workout.
Davis (5-10, 188) fills the roster spot left vacant when the Lions traded reserve cornerback Mohammed Seisay to Seattle for a sixth-round draft pick earlier this week.
An undrafted free agent out of Troy, Davis started 12 games for the Trojans last season and finished with 29 tackles and an interception.
