Travis Swanson, Josh Bynes lead Lions 2015 performance-based pay

Travis Swanson made $545,000 in cash last season playing for the Detroit Lions. On Monday, he picked up a bonus adding up to more than one-fourth of his salary for the season.

The NFL released the performance-based bonus pay allocated to each team on Monday and Swanson, the team’s starting center last season, led the list of Detroit players divvying up $3,802,500. The way the bonuses are divided up is based on salary and playing time.

A bunch of Lions players did quite well as 14 guys picked up more than $100,000. Though no one had any outrageous numbers like Shaun Hill's $76.
