The Detroit Lions have earned their second Pro Bowl invite.
Veteran guard T.J. Lang was named to Pro Bowl Friday to replace injured Washington Redskins guard Brandon Scherff.
It’s the second career Pro Bowl nod for Lang, and his second in as many seasons. He was named to the Pro Bowl last season with the Green Bay Packers, but a hip injury kept him from playing in the game.
Lang, who signed with Detroit as a free agent last offseason, becomes the first Lions offensive lineman to be named to the Pro Bowl since center Kevin Glover during the 1997 season.
