With Wednesday night’s news that the New York Jets are hiring Adam Gase as their new head coach, there doesn’t appear to be a favorite to land the Detroit Lions’ offensive coordinator job. The team has given no indications of what direction they plan on going, nor have we even heard the slightest of rumors on which coaches they are interviewing (or want to interview).
It’s a rough place to be in as a fan. The team’s choice for their offensive coordinator will likely be the most important move the franchise makes this offseason, and we have no idea where the team is leaning right now.
