The Detroit Lions pass rush seems to have disappeared again

ALLEN PARK -- The Detroit Lions pass rush loves to ride the waves of doubt. That came in abundance over the summer, back when Ezekiel Ansah sat out training camp and the best end talent around him was dropping like flies. The guys who remained read the stories about their abilities and told reporters where they could shove them.

Then they went out in games and showed they were something opponents should be concerned with. They got to Carson Palmer twice in the season opener against the Arizona Cardinals, then wrecked Eli Manning's world for five more sacks against the New York Giants.
