ALLEN PARK -- The Detroit Lions' final practice of the week offered a couple surprises, with Darius Slay making a return, but Taylor Dekcker nowhere to be seen.
Decker had practiced fully all week and was not listed on the injury report after practice on Wednesday or Thursday. He also spent about 15 minutes talking to reporters Thursday afternoon, and seemed fine at the time. His status is unknown heading into Sunday's game against New England.
Decker, who missed eight games last year with a shoulder injury, opened 2018 optimistic that he could put an injury-riddled 2017 behind him.
