Tavon Wilson a starter for first time since 2012

Tavon Wilson hasn't started a game since midway through his rookie season in 2012, but when the Detroit Lions open the season Sunday against the Indianapolis Colts (4:25 p.m., Fox), Wilson will be on the field.
