Calvin Johnson recorded his 12thcareer 10-plus-catch performance in the regular season in Sunday’s loss in Minnesota. He finished with 10 catches on 17 targets for 83 yards with an 11-yard touchdown.
His latest double-digit-catch performance was different from the previous 11, however. In all the regular-season games in which Johnson has recorded at least 10 catches before Sunday, he’s never recorded less than 118 receiving yards. In fact, his average in those previous 11 games is 157 yards per game.

“I think the question last week was more him getting the ball, period,” head coach Jim Caldwell said Monday of Johnson getting only four targets in Week 1.
