Roquan Smith, the last rookie holdout, gets guaranteed deal with Bears

After 29 days and 15 missed practices, the two sides have a deal, featuring $18.4 million fully guaranteed and a healthy signing bonus.

#Bears LB Roquan Smith's deal 4 years, $18.477M. Fully guaranteed with a $11.518M signing bonus & 5th year option.
