It doesn’t appear the Lions will get a chance to host former Texans star running back Arian Foster in a workout, after all.
He will sign a one-year deal with the Dolphins, ESPN’s Adam Schefter wrote on Twitter on Monday.
On Sunday night, Schefter reported that Foster’s workout with the Dolphins on Monday would be followed by one with the Lions this week.
Foster is a free agent whose 2015 season was cut short in October due to a ruptured Achilles tendon.
Foster, 29, is the Texans’ career leader in rushing yards (6,472) and rushing TD (54), accumulated over seven seasons in Houston.
