The Detroit Lions came into Monday morning with only two defensive ends on the roster. Finally, they have added a third. According to his agent, Wallace Gilberry has signed with the Lions. NFL Network's Ian Rapoport is reporting that Gilberry is set to make up to $1.75 million over the course of a single season deal.
Gilberry, 31, is a veteran pass rusher. Entering his tenth year in the NFL, Gilberry has mostly played as a rotational end his entire career. However in 2014, he started all 16 games for the Cincinnati Bengals.
