One of the biggest concerns fans seem to have about the Detroit Lions’ most recent hires is their lack of experience. Reported head coach Dan Campbell has only 12 games of head coaching experience and none as a coordinator. New general manager Brad Holmes has only ever reached as high as director of college scouting, and has done very little on the pro scouting side of things.
For a team that said they were looking for new leaders with experience, both hires come with serious questions.
But according to MMQB’s Albert Breer, the Lions may be looking internally to help guide these newcomers to Detroit.
